Anna is a Clinical Psychologist with an MSc in Applied Clinical Neuropsychology. She has experience working with both adults and children affected by a wide range of neurological conditions, including acquired brain injury and stroke.
During her doctoral training, she pursued specialist electives in neuropsychology, including paediatric inpatient brain injury rehabilitation and outpatient neuropsychology, where she developed skills in neuropsychological assessment and formulation. Anna provides assessment, formulation, and interventions, with a focus on helping individuals and families understand and adapt to the emotional, behavioural and cognitive changes that can follow neurological illness or injury.
Anna’s therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practice. She primarily draws on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and systemic models to support clients. She is also Level 1 Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP) trained and holds certifications in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) at Level 1 and foundation-level systemic practice. Anna is committed to tailoring her approach to each person’s unique experiences and goals, creating a supportive space for meaningful change and recovery.
