Dr. Elizabeth Donnachie is a Clinical Psychologist specialising in Neuropsychology and has completed the post graduate Diploma in Clinical Neuropsychology.
Elizabeth completed the Doctorate in Clinical Neuropsychology at the Royal Holloway and has 5 years of experience working in a range of neurorehabilitation settings across London. Along side her Totus work she continues to work in the NHS in community neurorehabilitation and stroke services. Elizabeth obtained a Distinction for the Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Neuropsychology from the University of Glasgow, and is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with the British Psychological Society.
Elizabeth is passionate about neurorehabilitation and specialises in psychological adjustment to long term disability and improving quality of life. She supports clients to take an active role in setting and achieving their rehabilitation goals, taking into account the complex overlay of psychological and cognitive factors. Her work draws upon current evidence-based therapeutic models.
Elizabeth has contributed to the scientific literature, publishing research on Alzheimer’s Disease, Epilepsy, and Stroke. She has presented her research at International Conferences.
